Regaining focus

I'm not good at concentrating at a task for long time. Though not diagnosed I've majority of the symptoms of ADD. So I work in short cycles, typically 10 minutes with couple of minutes break. But last couple of days I was able to focus and work for about an hour without distraction. Really enjoying working last couple of day with more focus and concentration. I hope to keep it up and increase it even more if possible. Ultimate goal is to practice deep work. I'm a big fan of the book "Deep Work" by Cal Newport. Also this video helped to understand few things about boredom and dopamine addiction. Let's see how long this period last.
