Today saw this tweet about reducing churn and feel this is a great technique and I'm gonna use this for my product (if they ever get released). But I also got an idea about getting feedback from user while reading this tweet. When product or services send email to user to get their feedback, lots of time I see a link to a survey page and asking if I'll like to fill up the survey form which will take 2 min or 5 min. I don't think I ever really did. What if instead of asking them to fill up the survey just ask them single question with all the option as a button to answer them directly from the mail. And if they do click one of the button as answer, that should be saved as the answer and will take them to a page where thank the user and ask a follow up question if the user have time. Will think about this later.
